JOB SUMMARY:
Restaurant Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating all aspects of our food and beverage operations. Your main duties will include ensuring high-quality service, supervising staff, managing inventory, and maintaining a welcoming and efficient dining environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.
RESPOSIBILITIES:
- Deal effectively with guests, employees and management.
- Effectively administer instructions, make decisions and delegate responsibilities.
- Work weekends and holidays.
- Communicate in English, in both written and oral form.
- Withstand prolonged standing, stretching, bending and walking.
- Attend company meetings as required.
- Oversee standards of service and ensure they are properly maintained. Handle accordingly when standards are not met.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma Preferred
- Proof of eligibility to work in the United States
- Have basic computer skills.
- Obtain Health and TAM cards.
- Pass pre-employment (Hair & Urine) drug test.
- Possession of or the ability to possess all state required work cards
- Maintain a professional, neat and well-groomed appearance adhering to Company standards
- This position is full time.
- Applicants must be 21 years old or older.
