Location: Henderson, NV (Ascaya – Private Estate)
Compensation: $25–$35 per hour (DOE)
Type: Rotational Full-Time / 24/7 Coverage

We Are Hiring:
Nanny’s & Granny’s is seeking 2 Certified Night NCS and 2 Certified Day NCS to support Family #1055, a high-profile household preparing to welcome their first child in November 2025.

About the Family:
Located in a luxury estate in Ascaya, Henderson, the family values structure, professionalism, and privacy.

This is a team-based role within a monitored home, providing around-the-clock care in collaboration with other specialists.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide full-time, hands-on newborn care as part of a rotating 24/7 nanny team
• Maintain consistent feeding, sleep, and developmental routines
• Prepare bottles and handle baby-related laundry and nursery upkeep
• Follow a parenting style focused on structure and natural consequences
• Maintain strict privacy and professionalism
• Must be able to swim for pool supervision
• Must be comfortable working around two family dogs

Qualifications:

• NCS Certification required
• Infant CPR and First Aid Certification
• At least 3 years of recent newborn care experience
• Experience with rotational or 24/7 team-based care preferred
• High-profile household experience a plus
• Must be dog-friendly, discreet, and team-oriented

Schedule Options:

• Night Shifts (2 positions): 12-hour overnight shifts
• Day Shifts (2 positions): 12-hour daytime shifts
