- You will be responsible to become familiar with and understand the GMM
- You are responsible for your assigned work area in the shop to ensure that it is kept clean and free of hazards
- Keep tools and support equipment in a clean, safe and operational condition at all times
- You will be required to wear eye and ear protection as necessary to safeguard sight and hearing while using tools or operating machinery
- Available to work any shift and overtime if necessary
- Must possess a valid state issued driver’s license
- Must be able to pass a pre-placement background check and drug screen
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States for any employer without sponsorship
- Read, write and understand English
- Must have mechanical experience and or aptitude
- Must work well with others
- Willing to work any shift assigned (Four 10 Hour Shifts) Days of the week to be determined
- Must be willing to work weekend shift when needed
- High School Diploma, GED or education equivalent required
- Must be able to lifts 75 lbs. from the floor to chest height with or without a reasonable accommodation
- Reliable, punctual attendance is an essential function of the position
- This is a full-time position
- This is a night shift job working on the 206 crew
- This is not a Department of Transportation safety-sensitive position
