Summary

McCarthy Holthus and our affiliate companies are seeking a candidate to support front-desk operations and general administrative tasks. This role involves handling incoming communications, managing document flow, and assisting visitors. The position is suited for individuals who are organized, responsive, and able to manage multiple responsibilities in a structured office environment.

Description Of Duties

  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls using a multi-line phone system.
  • Greet and direct clients and visitors at the front desk.
  • Receive, sign for, and log incoming overnight mail and packages.
  • Scan and distribute documents to internal departments.
  • Monitor and manage departmental email inboxes.
  • Assist with document recording and data entry.
  • Serve as backup for mail delivery tasks (reliable transportation required).
  • May perform other duties as assigned to support department goals.
  • May occasionally work extended hours based on operational needs.

Experience And Skills

  • Experience with phone systems and front office support.
  • Proficiency in standard office software, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Strong communication skills for both phone and in-person interactions.
  • Ability to stay organized and manage multiple administrative tasks.
  • Comfortable working independently and as part of a team

Work Schedule

This is a 100% in office position requiring your physical presence Monday through Friday, with business hours of 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

Salary Range

The salary for this position typically ranges from $19 - $22 per hour, depending on qualifications, experience, and other factors. Please note that the final offer may differ based on the candidate's specific qualifications, skills, and experience, as well as internal equity and business needs.
