After-School Nanny
Kid Care
Job Description
A Bit About Us
We are a warm and active family nestled in the heart of Seattle, with two delightful young children. Our daughter, who is 5 years old, is excited to start kindergarten this fall and will need consistent afternoon care. Meanwhile, our 3-year-old son attends daycare full-time. Both parents work in the tech industry and cherish spending quality time with our kids. As a family, we value play, creativity, structure, and kindness. We’re on the lookout for a part-time nanny to support our daughter’s after-school routine, assist with light tidying, and occasionally care for our preschooler when he’s home.
A Bit About You
You're someone who is reliable, kind, and fun, with a calm and confident presence that can gently set and hold boundaries. You have a knack for engaging kids in enriching activities and can guide and redirect as needed. A background in education, psychology, or child development is a big plus, and we’re hoping to find someone who can help with elementary homework and loves being out and about. You’re punctual, safety-minded, and comfortable with school pickups and occasional outings.
