Overview
We are seeking a skilled Aircraft Mechanic to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in aircraft maintenance and repair, with the ability to work on various aircraft systems. This position requires attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment. The Aircraft Mechanic will be responsible for ensuring the safety and reliability of aircraft through thorough inspections, maintenance, and repairs.
Responsibilities
- Perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on Citation 500 series aircraft.
- Conduct troubleshooting, repair, and inspections on Challenger 300 and Pilatus aircraft.
- Ensure all maintenance activities are carried out in compliance with FAA regulations and company policies.
- Accurately document maintenance performed in accordance with FAA and company standards.
- Collaborate with team members and leadership to maintain high-quality standards and ensure safety.
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and safety in the work environment.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as an Aircraft Mechanic or similar role in aviation maintenance.
- Strong understanding of aircraft systems, components, and maintenance procedures.
- Proficiency in reading schematics and technical manuals.
- Familiarity with CAD software for design modifications is a plus.
- Ability to use precision measuring instruments accurately.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team setting.
- Relevant certifications or licenses in aircraft maintenance are preferred.
Requirements:
- Valid FAA A&P License required.
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience with Citation 500 series aircraft (mandatory).
- Experience working on Challenger 300 and Pilatus aircraft strongly preferred.
- Strong understanding of FAA regulations, technical manuals, and maintenance procedures.
- Ability to read and interpret aircraft maintenance manuals and schematics.
- Must be detail-oriented, dependable, and capable of working independently or as part of a team.
- Must be able to pass background check and drug screening.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $80,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
