Employment Type: Full-Time Employment
Work Setup: Onsite onboarding for two weeks, followed by a transition to a remote setup.
Work Schedule: Night Shift (Following U.S. Time Zone)
Location: Eastwood, Libis, Quezon City
Salary Package: 40,000 PHP to 50,000 PHP/Monthly
Position Overview
Provide professional virtual front desk and appointment support across Columbia's multi-state clinics. The Appointment Desk Specialist will manage patient communication via phone, email, text, and chat, handling scheduling, reminders, and administrative coordination—all while maintaining empathetic, efficient service.
Duties And Responsibilities
- Respond to inbound patient inquiries across channels (phone, email, text, chat)
- Schedule, confirm, and manage patient appointments across all clinic locations
- Send reminders and follow-up communication for upcoming appointments
- Provide front desk support remotely, including patient inquiries and visit preparation
- Document all patient interactions accurately within clinic systems

Adhere to patient privacy and HIPAA regulations
- Bachelor's Degree of any related field
- 3 years of U.S. healthcare front-desk or appointment coordination experience is required.
- Proficiency with any EMR/Billing platform is required.
- Detail-oriented with a track record of accurate, timely work
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Comfortable managing high-volume, multi-channel patient communication
- Familiarity with scheduling tools and healthcare workflows
