Responsibilities
- Schedule and confirm appointments, meetings, and follow-ups.
- Manage calendars and ensure accurate time allocation.
- Communicate with clients, staff, and vendors to coordinate scheduling needs.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries regarding availability.
- Update and maintain scheduling records and databases.
- Provide reminders and ensure timely communication about changes or cancellations.

Assist with resolving scheduling conflicts quickly and professionally.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional administrative training is a plus.
- Prior experience in scheduling, customer service, or administrative support preferred.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Proficiency with scheduling tools, calendar software, and office applications.
