Area Manager- East Midlands

About Us:
KBG Security is a leading Midlands-based security company delivering door supervision and event security to licensed venues and high-profile sites. As we grow, we’re seeking a reliable, hands-on Area Manager to oversee our operations in the East Midlands and Lincolnshire.

Role Overview:
As Area Manager for the East Midlands and Lincolnshire region — covering Nottingham, Southwell, Alfreton, Swadlincote, Loughborough, Mansfield, Lincoln, and Derby — you’ll manage daily operations across multiple licensed venues. Your responsibilities include staffing, compliance, site audits, and being the first point of contact for clients and team members. You will also be required to attend biweekly meetings at KBG's Head Office in West Bromwich.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee Door Supervisors across multiple licensed venues
- Manage scheduling, holiday cover, and last-minute absences
- Carry out performance reviews, site audits, and compliance checks
- Act as the first point of contact for client communication and issue resolution
- Conduct disciplinary processes and investigations
- Collaborate with recruitment team to maintain staff availability
- Submit regular reports to senior operations management
- Attend biweekly HQ meetings in West Bromwich

Requirements:
- SIA Door Supervisor Licence (mandatory)
- 2+ years’ experience in a supervisory or managerial security role
- Based within easy reach of the East Midlands region
- Strong leadership, communication, and time management skills
- Full UK driving licence and access to personal transport
- Able to attend biweekly meetings at KBG HQ (West Bromwich)
