Job Description
The manager oversees all aspects of in-store operations and customer service. They are responsible for ensuring the store is in exceptional order and that all employees are performing duties properly and efficiently. Managers must be self-motivated individuals who have superior leadership skills and execute systems and procedures with 100% integrity. Manager will be responsible for and help with increasing revenue through sales and marketing.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Recruiting, hiring, training and supervising team members
- Manage staffing & scheduling
- Ownership of COGs management- inventory/ stock, ordering, picking up ingredients locally
- Ownership of excellent customer service across all team- managing guest concerns and queries
- Coordinating and optimizing FOH and BOH restaurant operations
- Ensuring compliance with safety and health regulations
- Ensure restaurant is organized, stocked, clean, and sanitized
- Controlling operational costs and promoting efficiency/ Maximizing profitability and productivity
- Grow sales through in store & community marketing efforts including social media
- Manage and deliver catering orders
- Ensure brand compliance with Clean Eatz franchise
- Must be able to perform, teach and train all aspects of the brand
- Ability to handle fast-paced and high stress situations in the store
- Organize and establish priorities in the store with minimal supervision
- Willing to coach and task-manage employees on store operations
- ServSafe Manager Certification
- Basic understanding of Google Suite (gmail, google drive, sheets, docs, etc), Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, Adobe), Acrobat, Canva
Requirements
- Ability to work a 50+ hour week
- Flexible to work open to close and weekends as needed
- At least 18 years of age, with valid driver license, car insurance & clean driving record
- Must be able to lift 30-50 lbs. regularly throughout shifts

- ● Ability to be mobile in walk-in refrigerator and freezer with temperatures ranging from
- 40deg F to -10deg F
