Job Highlights

- Salary Range: S$2,600 – S$2,800/month + Attendance Allowance
- Working Hours: Monday – Friday: 12:00 AM – 8:00 AM; Saturday: 12:00 AM – 4:00 AM (5.5 days)

About the Role
The Assistant Traffic Controller ensures smooth, timely, and safe delivery operations during night shifts. This role involves coordinating drivers, managing customer communications, handling incidents, and supporting the Operations Manager to maintain service standards. Ideal candidates are proactive, detail-oriented, and able to thrive in fast-paced logistics operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and provide direction to drivers and delivery assistants
- Plan, schedule, assign, and track daily jobs efficiently
- Maintain constant communication with drivers to ensure on-time completion
- Liaise with customers and resolve operational issues promptly
- Report cargo damage, delivery discrepancies, and traffic incidents
- Assist in incident investigations and prepare reports (Incident Report / CAPA)
- Coordinate vehicle and equipment usage, maintenance, and asset checks
- Handle after-office hour customer calls and follow-ups
- Ensure export collection and delivery timelines are proactively managed
- Perform other duties related to import/export logistics as assigned
Requirements
- Minimum secondary school education
- At least 3 years of experience in traffic control, logistics, or transport coordination
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Comfortable working midnight shifts starting at 12:00 AM
- Willing to work near Changi MRT, Singapore
- Familiarity with import/export coordination or logistics tracking systems is a plus
