Job Description:

Little Minders is seeking experienced and reliable babysitters to join our trusted, high-quality sitter network. As a babysitter with Little Minders, you’ll have the flexibility to choose your own schedule while getting matched with vetted families who need occasional care, date-night sitting, weekend help, and even travel opportunities.

Responsibilities:

Provide attentive, responsible, and engaging childcare for families in your area

Follow parents’ instructions and routines for meals, bedtime, and activities

Ensure a safe and nurturing environment for children

Engage in creative play, homework help, and light household tasks as needed

Communicate effectively with parents regarding schedules and child updates

Qualifications:

2+ years of childcare experience (babysitting, nannying, daycare, etc.)

CPR & First Aid Certified (or willing to obtain)

Reliable, responsible, and punctual

Comfortable caring for children of various ages

Ability to commit to at least a few jobs per month

Strong communication and problem-solving skills
