Babysitting/Nanny

Job Overview
We are seeking a compassionate and responsible Babysitter/Nanny to provide exceptional care for children in a nurturing environment. The ideal candidate will have experience with infants, toddlers, and children of various ages, demonstrating a strong ability to engage and educate them through play and structured activities. This role requires a commitment to ensuring the safety and well-being of the children while fostering their development.

Duties

• Provide attentive care for infants and toddlers, ensuring their safety and comfort at all times.
• Engage children in educational activities that promote learning and development.
• Prepare meals and snacks that meet dietary needs while encouraging healthy eating habits.
• Assist with daily routines, including diaper changes, nap times, and bath time.
• Organize playdates and outings to enhance social interaction and physical activity.
• Maintain a clean and organized environment for the children’s play areas.
• Communicate effectively with parents regarding children's progress, behavior, and any concerns.
• Implement first aid procedures when necessary to ensure the health and safety of the children.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in childcare, including babysitting or working in daycare settings.
• Strong understanding of infant care, toddler care, and general child development principles.
• Ability to educate children through engaging activities tailored to their age group.
• Experience working with children with disabilities is a plus.
• Certification in First Aid and CPR is highly desirable.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• A nurturing personality with a genuine love for working with children.
• Flexibility in scheduling to accommodate family needs.

Pay: $131.92 - $143.17 per day
