About The Role
Sunday, Monday, Thursday, & Friday nights
- Operate and ensure the smooth running of our baler, promptly reporting any machine faults.
- Make sure the movement and handling of cardboard and general waste is being done in a timely matter
- Maintain a well-organize yard, ensuring the highest levels of cleanliness in line with site hygiene requirements
- Support the yard team and other departments to ensure a safe and clean environment.
- Support the operational team in the yard.

About You

- Previous experience operating balers or similar machinery.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a focus on attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team.
