Job Title: Bank Children's Complex Care Assistant – Female only.

Location: Newark (NG24)

We are looking for compassionate individuals to join our bank team as Children’s Complex Care Assistants!

At YorHealth, we provide a nurse-led complex care service for children and adults in the community. Our complex care assistants accompany clients to nursery, school, and hospital when required. Our clients have a range of complex health needs, and we prioritise them in all decision-making processes. We are dedicated to delivering high-quality, person-centred care.

We are seeking someone who is:

• Warm, friendly, and passionate about the wellbeing of young people, with a caring and patient disposition.
• Knowledgeable about the developmental and educational needs of children and young people
• Experienced in suctioning, tracheostomies, gastrostomies, administering medications and using mobility aids is preferrable - full training is provided
• Holding an NVQ Level 2 or higher in a relevant field is desirable.
• Willing to travel as required (preferable).

Job Types: Permanent

Experience:

• Paediatric care: 1 year (required)
• Complex care: 1 year (preferred)
• Experience with suctioning, tracheostomies, gastrostomies, medications, mobility aids is an advantage, full training provided.

Licence/Certification:

• Driving Licence (required)

Pay: £14.00-£14.52 per hour
