Are you passionate about hospitality and delivering exceptional guest experiences in a beautiful, historic setting? Join our team at Carbonara, an independent Roman-themed Italian restaurant nestled in the heart of Chester’s iconic Rows.
We’re looking for friendly, reliable and enthusiastic Bar & Floor Staff to join our front-of-house team full time (minimum 35 hours per week). Whether you’re welcoming guests, serving food and drinks, or creating memorable moments on the floor, you’ll play a key role in delivering warm, attentive service.
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous hospitality experience preferred but not essential
- A positive attitude and great team spirit
- Fluent English is required (Italian is a bonus!)
- Right to work in the UK
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Availability for evenings and weekends (flexibility on weekdays)
