*Job Overview* As a Bar Manager, you will oversee the daily operations of our bar, ensuring exceptional customer service, managing staff, and maintaining inventory levels. You will be responsible for creating a welcoming environment for patrons while maximizing profitability. *Duties* - Supervise bar staff and provide training as needed - Develop and maintain cocktail recipes and drink menus - Monitor inventory levels and place orders as necessary - Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations - Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional manner - Create and implement promotional activities to drive sales - Manage budgets and financial plans related to the bar operations *Requirements* - Experience in food service management, bartending, or hospitality - Knowledge of food safety standards and regulations - Strong leadership and interpersonal skills - Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment - Familiarity with kitchen operations is a plus
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $12.00 - $16.00 per hour
