Bar Staff

We are on the lookout for an enthusiastic and passionate individual to join our intimate award-winning team.

Wine knowledge is preferred, but not essential, as full training will be provided to the successful candidate.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to customers.
• Take customer orders and provide recommendations on drink selections.
• Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner, ensuring a positive experience.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar.
• Check identification to verify legal drinking age.
• Adhere to all food safety and alcohol service regulations
• Handle cash transactions and process payments accurately.
• Monitor customer alcohol consumption and prevent over-intoxication.
• Restock fridges and clean glassware to ensure an efficient work environment.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a bartender or in a similar role is preferred - but not essential.
• Excellent time management skills to ensure efficient service during busy periods.
• Strong hospitality and communication skills to provide exceptional customer service.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced restaurant environment.

Helpful Skills:

• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Good communication skills to interact with customers and team members.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: £7.55-£13.00 per hour
