BAR Supervisor

Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Bar Supervisor to oversee our bar operations and ensure an exceptional guest experience. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a passion for hospitality, and a comprehensive understanding of food and beverage management. This role requires a hands-on approach to supervising staff, managing inventory, and maintaining high standards of food safety and quality.

Duties

• Manage daily bar operations, ensuring smooth service and adherence to health and safety regulations.
• Supervise and train bar staff, fostering a positive team environment while promoting excellent customer service.
• Oversee food preparation and cooking processes, ensuring all dishes meet our quality standards.
• Maintain inventory levels, placing orders for supplies as needed while managing costs effectively.
• Implement and uphold food safety protocols in accordance with industry standards.
• Collaborate with the kitchen team to create innovative drink pairings that enhance the dining experience.
• Engage with guests to ensure satisfaction, addressing any concerns promptly and professionally.
• Monitor performance metrics to identify areas for improvement within the bar operations.

Experience

• Proven experience in a supervisory role within the hospitality industry, preferably in a bar or restaurant setting.
• Background in food safety practices and regulations is essential.
• Experience in team management, demonstrating effective leadership skills to motivate staff.
• Previous experience as a barista
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact positively with guests and team members alike. Pay: £13.00-£13.50 per hour
