As a Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting beverages, engaging with guests, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.
Duties
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and cleaning surfaces.
- Process transactions using POS systems efficiently, ensuring accurate cashiering practices.
- Engage with customers to provide excellent service, take drink orders, and offer recommendations.
- Monitor guest consumption of alcohol and adhere to responsible serving practices.
- Assist in inventory management by tracking stock levels and reporting any shortages or needs.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of food and beverages.
- Follow all food handling and safety regulations to maintain a safe environment for guests and staff.
Requirements
- Previous bartending experience is preferred but not mandatory; a willingness to learn is essential.
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly demeanor and hospitality mindset.
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately.
- Familiarity with POS systems is advantageous for efficient order processing.
- Knowledge of food handling practices to ensure compliance with health regulations.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members.

Pay: From $17.20 per hour
Expected hours: 15 – 25 per week

- Evening shift
- Night shift
