Bartender

Job Overview
We are seeking an enthusiastic and skilled Bartender to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology, exceptional customer service skills, and experience in fine dining or nightlife settings. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting beverages, providing excellent service to guests, and maintaining a clean and organized bar area.

Duties

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
• Operate Toast POS system for order processing and payments.
• Engage with customers to provide exceptional service and ensure a memorable experience.
• Manage time effectively during busy shifts to maintain service quality.
• Ensure compliance with food safety and handling regulations.
• Maintain cleanliness of the bar area, including washing glassware and utensils.
• Assist with inventory management, including ordering supplies as needed.
• Support banquet events and catering services as required.
• Handle cash transactions accurately while following cash handling procedures.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of food orders.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in bartending or food service within a restaurant, nightclub, or catering environment is preferred.
• Familiarity with Toast POS systems is a plus.
• Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently during peak hours.
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests positively.
• Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and order processing.
• Knowledge of food safety standards and practices in the food industry.
• Experience in brewing or cocktail preparation is advantageous.
