Bartenders

Overview
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional service and creating memorable experiences for our guests. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for mixing, garnishing, and serving drinks according to standard recipes while ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. Your role will also involve maintaining cleanliness and organization at the bar area.

Duties

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes and customer preferences.
• Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests, taking drink orders, and making recommendations.
• Maintain a clean and organized bar area, including washing glassware and utensils.
• Handle cash transactions accurately using the POS system, ensuring proper cash handling procedures are followed.
• Monitor customer behavior to ensure responsible alcohol service and compliance with local laws.
• Assist in inventory management by tracking stock levels and reporting shortages to management.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of food orders when applicable.
• Uphold food safety standards and adhere to health regulations in all aspects of food handling.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Bartender or in a similar role within the food service industry.
• Strong knowledge of bartending techniques, drink recipes, and beverage pairings.
• Excellent time management skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Exceptional hospitality skills with a focus on guest satisfaction.
• Familiarity with POS systems for efficient order processing and cash handling.
• Basic math skills for accurate cash transactions and inventory management.
• Understanding of food safety practices and regulations related to alcohol service.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: $17.20-$35.14 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 44 per week
