The Role:

We are on the lookout for passionate, energetic, and customer-focused Bartenders and Servers to join our team. You’ll be at the forefront of delivering an exceptional guest experience, from mixing unique cocktails to offering expert recommendations on wines. As a team member, you’ll play a key role in creating memorable moments for our guests while maintaining a friendly, smooth-running environment.

What You’ll Do:

• Greet and serve customers with warmth and professionalism, creating a welcoming environment for all.
• Prepare and serve a variety of cocktails and wines based on customer preferences, offering recommendations when needed.
• Take food and drink orders, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in service.
• Provide expert wine recommendations and pairings for guests looking to enhance their dining or drinking experience.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar and service areas, ensuring all workstations are tidy and well-stocked.
• Process payments efficiently using our POS system, handling cash and card transactions accurately.
• Assist with the booking system and reservations to ensure smooth service flow.
• Collaborate with your team to manage busy periods, especially during peak hours or special events.

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous experience in bartending or serving, preferably in a cocktail or wine bar (but we’re willing to train the right person!).
• A strong passion for customer service and creating memorable experiences for guests.
• Knowledge of cocktails, wines, and spirits (or a keen interest to learn more!).
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, especially during busy times.
• Strong communication skills and a positive, team-oriented attitude.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and special events.
• A genuine love for the hospitality industry and the people who make it great!
