Job Description
Our Bar and Gaming team play an important part to our Club operations. Wests Cardiff currently have a casual opportunity available for a customer focused individual. Wests Bar and Gaming operations provide quality service to our members and guests in both indoor areas and thoughtfully appointed outdoor spaces, including designated smoking areas.
- Provide friendly customer service
- Gaming machine service
- Drink orders and delivery to machines
- Preparation and service of beverages
- Reset and payout jackpot wins
- Operation of Tab and Keno terminals
- Cleaning of work station and equipment
- Operation of tills and cash handling
- Maintain cleanliness of amenities and public areas
- Assist members and guests with club enquiries
- Collect glasses from the floor and return to bar areas for cleaning
This position will require availability on Friday nights and weekends, with reasonable availability Monday to Thursday. As this position is key during peak periods for our venues, shifts are rostered from the evening through to early hours of the morning. During peak food service times you may be required to assist with bistro operations
Certifications required: RSA, RCG
