Job Description
Our Bar and Gaming team play an important part to our Club operations. Wests Nelson Bay currently have a casual opportunity available for a customer focused individual. Wests Bar and Gaming operations provide quality service to our members and guests in both indoor areas and thoughtfully appointed outdoor spaces, including designated smoking areas. Key responsibilities include:
- Provide friendly customer service
- Preparation and service of beverages
- Operation of Tab and Keno terminals
- Cleaning of workstation and equipment
- Operation of tills and cash handling
- Collect glasses from the floor and return to bar areas for cleaning
This position will require availability to work across a 7-day rotating roster. As this position is key during peak periods for our venues, shifts are rostered from the evening through to early hours of the morning. Our seasonal peaks run through summer, public holiday and school holiday periods, availability during seasonal peaks is essential.
Certifications required: RSA & RCG
