Job Description
We are looking for a passionate and energetic Group Fitness Coach (Part-Time) to join our BFT team!
At Body Fit Training (BFT), we deliver science-based group training programs designed to improve strength, conditioning, and overall fitness for all levels.
Responsibilities:
- Coach high-quality group fitness sessions following BFT programming.
- Provide personalized guidance and modifications for members of varying fitness levels.
- Ensure a safe, motivating, and engaging environment for all participants.
- Assist in onboarding new members and supporting their fitness journey.
- Collaborate with the team to maintain studio standards and deliver an exceptional member experience.
Requirements:
- SG Coaching Level 1, NCSF, ACE, NASM, or other fitness certifications preferred.
- Prior experience in group training, strength & conditioning, or functional fitness coaching.
- Strong communication skills, positive attitude, and a team-first mindset.
- Passionate about helping members achieve their goals and grow in confidence.

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent, Freelance
Pay: $500.00 - $2,000.00 per month
Expected hours: 8 – 15 per week
