Bilingual Caregiver/PCA/CNA

We need Spanish-speaking caregivers. Part-time work immediately available. We work with YOUR schedule!

Location: Greater Atlanta Area

Refer a client to us and get a $100 bonus!

CNA pay range: $16-$17/hr

PCA pay range: $14-$15/hr

Job Responsibilities:

• Personal Care: Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
• Mobility Assistance: Help with transfers, mobility aids, and walking or exercises.
• Meal Preparation: Prepare nutritious meals based on dietary needs.
• Medication Reminders: Organize medications.
• Housekeeping: Perform light cleaning, laundry, and bed changes.
• Companionship: Offer emotional support and engage in activities.
• Transportation: Help with medical appointments and errands.
• Safety: Ensure a hazard-free home and prevent accidents.
• Communication: Keep open communication with clients, family, and healthcare providers.
• Training: Stay updated on required training and certifications.

What We Prefer:

• Can speak Spanish
• Willing to travel inside and outside of the perimeter
• MUST HAVE empathy, compassion and kindness
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience as a caregiver or in a related field
• Reliable transportation
• Can pass a background check and TB screening
• Can provide references
• Ability to use sound judgment and remain calm in a variety of situations
• Must be reliable, dependable and on time
• Proof of eligibility to work in the U.S.
• Good documentation skills (electronic charting experience preferred)
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work independently and follow instructions.
• Alzheimer's or Dementia experience is a PLUS!
