Job Description
This position is for a full time call dispatch agent. Hours of work may vary and shift work is required.
We are looking for energetic and reliable people to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for answering and directing incoming customer phone calls as well as be responsible for dispatching emergency calls. We are interested in hiring individuals with a commitment to customer satisfaction and an ability to make quick and accurate decisions.
This is an answering service position where you will provide excellent over-the-phone caller experiences.

Job Duties
- Handle inbound and outbound calls, using proper phone etiquette, professionalism and following standards.
- Ensure calls are handled within established metrics – speed of answer and call quality.
- Assess callers' needs through open ended questions and relevant, engaging conversations in order to direct the call accordingly.
- Provide outstanding service to each and every caller.
- Maintain a complete knowledge of procedures to ensure accuracy in all communications.
Qualifications
- High school diploma.
- Previous customer service experience preferred.
- The ability to communicate clearly and professionally.
- Previous experience working on computers.
- Able to type at least 30 wpm.
- Available to work a variety of shifts .
- Able to sit for extended periods of time.
- Security Clearance.

Pay: $37,000.00-$44,000.00 per year
