Key Skills/Responsibilities
After an initial waiting period, those hired into full time positions are eligible for a competitive benefits package that includes the following:
Situated off I- 440 Beltline just 10 minutes from downtown these accommodations ensure convenient travel throughout the ever expanding metro that is Raleigh North Carolina. We are near many buisnesses like PNC Bank and Rex Healthcare as well as McKimmon Conference and Training Center. Academics are within minutes of area schools too including Meredith College and North Carolina State University. Wake Medical Center also calls Raleigh North Carolina home. These hotel leisure patrons find much to do in the Raleigh area. Crabtree Valley Mall adjacent to the hotel offers a shopping experience that will not disappoint while Adventure Landing Park features family fun activities like mini golf and laser tag. Sports fans can catch the Carolina Hurricanes at PNC Center too. Here guests have everything they need for work or play including free Wi Fi access Fitness and Business Centers and free laundry facilities. Key Skills/Responsibilities
- Guest Services: Welcome guests during the overnight shift (typically 11 PM - 7 AM), assist with check-ins, reservations, and inquiries.
- Night Audit: Prepare and finalize Night Audit work, ensuring accurate daily transaction balancing. Must be detail oriented.
- Security: Conduct security walks to ensure guest and property safety.
- Reporting: Prepare daily reports and the Daily Flash Report for management insights.
- Collaboration: Work with other departments for smooth operations and exceptional service.

Skills: Proficient in Windows, spreadsheets, and word processing. Strong problem-solving skills and independence.
- 1 year in a hotel or related field. Supervisory experience is a plus.

High School diploma or equivalent required; college coursework beneficial.
