Care Coordinator / Resident Care Director -
The Ridge Foothill is looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented individual to join our Care Team in a critical role - Resident Care Director / Team Operations Director (as we refer to it)!
In this big role the Care Coordinator / Resident Care Director (we refer to this role as Team Operations Director), you will recruit, orient, schedule, and supervise our care team members. You will continue with training for our CNAs once they're oriented, but our two nurses will assume training and supervision of our Med Techs. We have key care partners help with handling team member call offs, especially on overnights and weekends - as a true work/life balance is important to us!

Qualifications of the Care Coordinator / Resident Care Director / Team Operations Director -
- Prefer two (2) years of experience managing employees, preferably in a residential care setting.
- Prefer a medication technician and someone with an active CNA Certification.
- Prior experiencing scheduling a large staff is greatly preferred.
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with seniors and staff in a caring, compassionate manner.
- Ability to effectively plan, prioritize and manage tasks to completion in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.
- Requires an individual who is motivated and demonstrates initiative.
