Job Description
Team Leaders wanted - work with complex care must have minimum two years' experience Team Leading health and social Care. Must have experience working with clients who are neurodiverse and behaviours that challenge.
Pay: £28,000 to £30,000
Hours per week: 40
Responsibilities include:
- Supporting the team
- Supervisions
- Audits
- Probations
- Understand safeguarding
- Ability to support staff and a knowledge of working with behaviours that challenge.
- Culture of inclusion with the staff team.
- Reliable
- Proactive and have a can-do attitude.
- In return have a very supportive staff team to work with along with full management support. Digital systems. Ability to work with external professionals with great communication skills.

- Support to become a trainer available.
- Face to face training to level 3 Autism/Learning Disability/Mental Health

Key responsibilities:
- Supporting young adults and adults with learning disabilities, autism and mental health needs.
- Providing high standards of care and support for service users, in line with care and support plans, compliance with CQC regulations and the care & support policies and procedures
- Identifying needs and preferences for each individual and providing personal care
- Encourage good community relationships by promoting a variety of activities
- Accurately report, record and maintain records as required and working to care plans
- Be a kind, empathetic and people person who works well in a team.
