Saturday and Sunday - 12 Hours Shifts Day and Night 7:30-7:30 at $20/hr

Monday to Friday - 12 Hours Night Shifts 7:30p-7:30am at $20/hr

Monday to Sunday - 5hr-8hrs Day shifts - eg: 10am-3pm at $18/hr

$18/hr for an experienced carer at least 4+ years with CNA or HHA or $17 for PCA. $20/hr for couple care.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide personal hygiene assistance, including showering, bathing, dressing, transferring, and feeding for elderly clients in their residential home.
• Remind clients to take prescribed medications and assist with ambulation.
• Support mobility and transportation, such as accompanying clients to doctor’s appointments or walks.
• Plan and prepare meals, incorporating local flavors when possible, and assist with physical therapy exercises.
• Accompany clients on shopping or grocery trips.
• Perform housekeeping duties and report any unusual incidents.
• Act quickly and responsibly in emergencies to ensure client safety.

CAREGIVER REQUIREMENTS:

• HHA Training Complete - Home Health Aide for Florida: We value your skills and experience.
• 4+ Years of Caregiving Experience: Experience preferred to deliver exceptional care.
• Background Check and Drug Screen: Must pass both to ensure client safety.
• Experience with Transfers/Gait Belts: Essential for assisting clients with mobility.
• Experience with Bed-Bound Clients Preferred: Knowledge of specialized care is a plus.
• Physical Ability: Must be able to lift 45+ pounds.
• No Smoking Policy: Strict policy due to the delicate nature of our clients’ health.
• Driver’s License Preferred: Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and current auto insurance to navigate St. Augustine’s historic streets.
• Complete required training during onboarding.
