Caregiver / Home Care Aide – Dementia Experience Preferred (8–10 Hour Shifts) – Castleton Area

Dream Believe Inspire Home Care is currently building a dedicated caregiving team to provide consistent support for a client who requires 24-hour care in the south Castleton / northeast Indianapolis area. We are looking for compassionate and dependable caregivers who are comfortable assisting clients with mobility needs and experienced in dementia care.

Client Needs:

• Assistance with all ADLs (bathing, dressing, hygiene, and mobility support)
• Assistance with IADLs including meal preparation, light housekeeping, and maintaining a safe living environment
• Client is wheelchair-bound and requires attentive support and supervision
• Monitoring meals and encouraging regular eating
• Providing companionship and maintaining a calm, supportive environment
• Experience supporting individuals living with dementia is strongly preferred

Schedule:

• 8–10 hour shifts available
• Day, evening, and overnight shifts available
• Position is part of a care team providing 24-hour coverage

Requirements:

• Previous caregiving experience preferred
• Dementia care experience strongly preferred
• Reliable transportation
• Dependable, compassionate, and patient attitude
• Ability to assist with transfers and mobility support
