Kindred Circle Care LLC is a small business in Lakeview, OR. We are preparing to start up a new branch in Burns, OR, for Harney County residents. We are professional, fast-paced, demanding, and our goal is to provide quality in-home care to seniors and the disabled. We are VA and Medicaid-licensed.

Responsibilities:
- Provide direct care to residents, ensuring their safety, well-being, and comfort.
- Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
- Administer medications according to prescribed dosages and schedules.
- Monitor and document residents' vital signs and report any changes or concerns to the appropriate healthcare professionals.
- Implement behavior management strategies to support residents with challenging behaviors.
- Prepare and serve meals according to dietary guidelines and individual preferences.
- Maintain a clean and organized living environment for residents.
- Support residents in engaging in social activities and maintaining social connections.
- Respect and uphold residents' rights and confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA regulations.

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience working with individuals with autism or other developmental disabilities is preferred.
- Knowledge of behavior management techniques is a plus.
- Ability to lift and transfer residents using proper body mechanics and assistive devices as needed.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently when necessary.
- Familiarity with medication administration procedures is desired.
- Understanding of HIPAA regulations and commitment to maintaining resident privacy.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $17.00 - $22.00 per hour
