Job Description
Title : Certified Nurse Assistant
Work Status: Non-Exempt, FT
Rate of Pay: $20 - 23, depending on experience
Work Hours: Night Shifts Available, 12-hour shift (7PM - 7:30AM)
Shift Differential : $1.50 per hour

Radford Green is recruiting for a hospitality focused CNA to join our team! This position provides direct nursing care to residents and delegates and supervises the care provided by our Quality of Life Specialists/Resident Assistants. All private rooms, beautiful environment with tenure staff.

Essential Job Duties:
- Assists residents with dressing, grooming, eating, bathing, positioning, turning, toileting and exercising.
- Gives treatments, performs tests, carries out procedures and collects specimens as instructed.
- Reports and records observations and results of treatments, tests, procedures and specimens when indicated.
- Transfers, transports and escorts residents as need.
- Answers signal lights promptly.
- Changes bed linens, makes beds and keeps rooms clean and orderly.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Successful completion of an Illinois State approved nursing assistant training program. Prior geriatric nursing aide experience is preferred . Registration with Illinois State registry required.
- Ability to understand and follow instructions in English, communicate effectively, and perform simple arithmetic. Ability to document care given.
