Job Description
Awardco's customers are top priority, and our Customer Support team ensures each Awardco user has the best experience possible while using our product. We have the following shifts available for this role:
Full-time: Weekend Shift Saturday - Wednesday 12AM - 8AM ($20/hour)
Full-time: Weekday Overnight Shift - Sunday - Friday 11PM - 7AM ($20/hour)
The training schedule is IN PERSON (non paid if you need to travel to Utah) from 9AM-5PM Monday-Friday for your first week.
What you will do:
- Fulfill client orders and aid in support tickets
- Work directly with platform users in answering their questions and helping to resolve any issues
- Communicate with clients via email, chat, and phone

- Tech-savvy and quick learner
- Problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills - written and verbal
- Familiarity with the following platforms is a plus:
- Salesforce
- Microsoft Excel
- Google Suite
