Clinical Supervisor & Licensed Therapist (LCPC/LCSW) – Hybrid Holistic Outpatient Practice
Thrive Ahead Co.
Job Description
Clinical Therapist Job Description
(LCPC/LCSW, not an opening for limited licenses at this time)
Position Overview: Thrive Ahead Co. is seeking a grounded, relational, and community-oriented clinician to join our growing practice as a Clinical Supervisor & Mental Health Therapist starting as part-time and growing to full-time as caseload grows. This hybrid role is ideal for a fully licensed therapist who’s ready to move beyond direct care alone and step into a deeper supervision and leadership capacity: mentoring other clinicians, helping shape the clinical culture, and supporting the ongoing development of our team and services.
This position is not for someone who wants to run their own business, but rather for a skilled clinician who thrives in collaborative environments, values structure with autonomy, and wants to lead within an existing practice.
You’ll be part of a heart-centered, mission-driven team that integrates therapy, wellness, and community care to support Chicago’s adults in navigating life transitions, building connection, and finding alignment in work, relationships, and self.
About Us: At Thrive Ahead Co., we believe that healing and growth happen through connection: to self, to others, and to the communities we belong to. We’re a wellness-centered practice that blends professional therapy, holistic services, and intentional community building to help people not just cope, but truly thrive. As a “Welcome to Chicago” wellness hub, we specialize in helping adults new to the city build meaningful, supported lives here, offering both therapy and community-based resources that promote belonging, balance, and sustainable growth.
We are a professional, queer-affirming, neurodivergent-affirming, and social-justice-aligned practice that deeply values inclusivity, embodiment, curiosity, and empowerment. Our approach is warm, authentic, and grounded in holistic care. We meet people where they are, offering individualized, culturally responsive support and connection across our network of providers and partners.
Our Values: We are committed to realizing our personal and mutual potential by embodying our values both personally and professionally. We believe in living these values and assisting our clients to do the same, promoting growth for everyone involved. Our approachable nature allows us to easily connect and empathize with everyone who comes to our space, creating a welcoming and supportive environment. We also value adaptability, taking the time to understand each client's unique needs and providing tailored resources and referrals within our network. This approach gives our clients access to a broad range of wellness resources without having to search in isolation. Finally, we approach our own lives and work with a readiness to learn and develop, embracing the challenges and difficult conversations that come with it. Our goal is to create a space where others can find that same openness within themselves and support in our community, where we are all ready to grow together.
