The world-famous Jazz Café is an award-winning live music venue, showcasing rising stars and local talent from hip hop, soul, jazz, world and electronic music in an intimate, two-floored setting. The restaurant is located on the stunning mezzanine overlooking the stage, creating the city’s most desirable dining experience.
We’re looking for a Cloakroom Attendant to join our team at Jazz Café. This role is essential to delivering an excellent guest experience within our renowned music venue. You’ll be responsible for issuing cloakroom tickets, safely storing items, and returning them quickly and accurately. On our busy club nights and events, you’ll keep the service smooth, organised and professional, helping to create a positive first and last impression for our guests.
What you’ll doWelcome guests and provide a friendly, efficient cloakroom service
Issue tickets, store items securely and return belongings accurately
Keep the cloakroom tidy, well organised and running smoothly throughout the night
Support the wider front-of-house team during busy events
Represent the Jazz Café with professionalism and energy
Excellent customer service skills and a positive attitude
The ability to stay calm and organised in a fast-paced environment
Reliability, punctuality and attention to detail
Confidence working both independently and as part of a team
Flexibility to work late nights and weekends
Competitive pay: £12.50 per hour with hourly wages paid every two weeks on a Friday
