Overview:
The McGuire Group is seeking dedicated and flexible Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our Float Pool team. In this role, you’ll provide hands-on care and support to residents across multiple local skilled nursing and rehabilitation facilities, based on staffing needs. This is a great opportunity for CNAs who are reliable, adaptable, and eager to make a difference across multiple sites.
Primary Responsibilities:
Provide high-quality resident care including ADLs (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, feeding, mobility)
Accurately document resident care using EMR systems
Maintain professionalism and a positive attitude while adapting to new environments
Qualifications:
Current certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)
Willing and able to float to any McGuire Group facility within the region (transportation required)
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Dependable, compassionate, and flexible with scheduling
Preferred Skills and Experience (Not Required):
6+ months CNA experience in skilled nursing, long-term care, or rehab
Familiarity with PointClickCare or similar EMR systems
Ability to adapt quickly to new settings and teams
