The Role:

We’re looking for a skilled and confident Cocktail Bartender to join our dynamic team. You’ll be crafting premium cocktails with precision, engaging guests with knowledge and charm, and contributing to an outstanding bar experience. If you have a passion for mixology, thrive in busy, high-end environments, and love creating memorable moments for guests, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and serve a range of premium and classic cocktails to a high standard
• Deliver exceptional service and product knowledge to every guest
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar throughout service
• Assist in stock rotation, ordering, and minimising waste
• Work closely with the team to ensure smooth, efficient bar operations
• Uphold Isabel’s standards for presentation, consistency, and guest interaction

What We’re Looking For:

• Minimum 2 years of cocktail bar experience in a high-end or high-volume setting
• Confident, friendly, and professional behind the bar
• Strong knowledge of spirits, cocktails, and bar techniques
• Able to handle busy services while maintaining high standards
• Reliable and flexible, with weekend availability essential
• Passion for hospitality and a positive team-player attitude
