Join Our Team - Security Officers Wanted

We are currently seeking qualified Level 3 and Level 4 security guards to play a crucial role in maintaining safety and security for our clients. We value individuals with the necessary certifications and experience in the security field, as well as a commitment to our core values.

Applicants must be between the ages of 21 and 45 years old.

A minimum of 2 years of experience in the security field and a valid Texas Level 3 Security Officer License are required.

We highly value military experience, as the discipline, leadership, and problem-solving skills gained in the military are highly transferable to the security field. Military experience will be considered in place of direct security experience.

Job Descriptions:

• Level 3 Security Guard:
• Monitor entry and exit points, checking IDs and ensuring only authorized individuals enter.
• Perform pat downs as necessary to ensure the safety of patrons and staff.
• Patrol the premises, maintaining a visible presence to deter disturbances.
• Respond to and de-escalate conflicts or altercations between patrons.
• Enforce policies and regulations, including those related to alcohol consumption.
• Assist in crowd control and management, especially during peak hours.
• Communicate effectively with bar staff and management.
• Level 4 Security Guard:
• All duties of a Level 3 Security Guard, plus:
• Handle more complex security situations and incidents.
• Provide advanced conflict resolution and de-escalation techniques.
• Maintain detailed incident reports and documentation.
• Coordinate with law enforcement when necessary.
