Complex Care Assistant – Night Shifts
Location: Eastbourne
Pay: £19.01 per hour
Shifts: Fridays, Saturdays & Sundays, 8pm–8am (1 weekend a month) + additional cover for sickness/holidays

Libertatem Healthcare Group are seeking a compassionate Female Complex Care Assistant to support a client in Eastbourne with complex health needs. Our client loves reggae music and values consistent, person-centred care delivered by someone calm, reliable, and supportive.

✨ Your Role

• Deliver personal care and mobility assistance

• Support with epilepsy & seizure management, including rescue medication

• Assist with bowel management and medication administration

• Promote comfort, safety, and positive engagement throughout the night

✅ What We’re Looking For

• Previous experience in complex care

• Essential skills in:
  

  • Epilepsy & seizure management
  • Rescue medication administration
  • Medication management
  • Managing challenging behaviours

• Calm, professional, and emotionally intuitive approach
