Compliance Helper/ Technician

The pay range starts at $20/h r and goes up from there based on experience. We also offer full benefits, PTO and 401k.

Your Mission

• Petroleum equipment compliance testing.
• Acquire and maintain necessary equipment and training certifications.
• Follow all safety protocols and requirements.
• Collaborate with a team to complete projects efficiently and effectively.
• Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner.
  
  

What You Bring To The Table

• Field service experience.
• Good understanding of mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems.
• Certifications are required for Compliance Technicians.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Commitment to safety and familiarity with safety requirements.
  
  

Before You Leap

This is a safety-sensitive position and requires the following:

• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen, including marijuana testing.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment physical, which includes lifting up to 75 lbs, twisting, kneeling, pulling, and squatting.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (past 5 years).
• Occasional travel and overnight stays may be required (travel expenses covered).
  
  

Important Note: Although marijuana use may be legal in some states, federal guidelines and company policy require testing for all safety-sensitive positions per DOT standards.
