Concierge – Luxury Property | Weekend & Overnight Shifts (The Juniper, Midtown)

The Juniper is a two-tower luxury residential property in Midtown Atlanta. We provide high-end concierge, valet, and shuttle services. We’re hiring dependable, polished Concierge Team Members for overnight and weekend coverage.

You’ll be the calm, professional presence at the front desk — where residents expect more than a hello. They expect someone who follows through, communicates clearly, and brings warmth to every shift.

Shifts Available (Please include your availability when applying):

• 2 Full-Time Weekday Overnights — Mon to Fri, 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM
• 2 Part-Time Weekend Overnights — Sat & Sun, 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM
• 2 Weekend Morning Shifts — Sat & Sun, 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM
• 2 Weekend Evening Shifts — Sat & Sun, 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM

Responsibilities:

• Greet residents, guests, and vendors with professionalism
• Manage shuttle and valet communication and coordination
• Handle packages, guest check-ins, service requests, and key tracking
• Maintain front desk appearance and property logs
• Communicate clearly with team, Operations Manager, and Property Management

Requirements:

• Experience in concierge, hospitality, or high-end customer service
• Overnight and/or weekend availability required
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Dependable, detail-oriented, and calm under pressure
• Comfortable using radios, mobile task apps, or guest log software

• 8 hour shift
• Evening shift
• Monday to Friday
• Morning shift
