Title: Construction / Flooring Helper
Pay: $16/hr-$19/hr (Depending on Experience)
City: Cartersville
Shift: Must have open availability — shifts may vary between days and nights depending on the project.
Job Description:
We’re looking for dependable, hardworking individuals to assist our commercial construction team. This role involves helping with flooring projects, general construction tasks, and supporting skilled tradespeople on job sites.
Some projects may require travel out of state — hotel and per diem will be provided.
Requirements:
Some experience in construction, general labor, or trade work preferred (flooring experience is a plus but not required)
Must be available for full-time work with a flexible schedule (day or night shifts)
Capable of standing, kneeling, bending, and climbing for extended periods
Comfortable working in varied environments (indoor/outdoor, hot/cold)
