Craft Cocktail Specialist

Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and dynamic Bartender to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and customer service, with the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere for our guests. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction, prepping ingredients, executing high-touch craft cocktails and maintaining a clean and organized bar area.

Duties

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes or customer preferences.
• Provide excellent customer service by engaging with patrons, taking orders, and responding to inquiries.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and utensils.
• Monitor inventory levels of liquor, mixers, and garnishes; assist in ordering supplies as needed.
• Handle cash transactions accurately using a POS system; process payments efficiently.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations regarding food handling and alcohol service.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of food orders when applicable.
• Stay informed about drink trends and menu changes to provide recommendations to customers.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Bartender in a restaurant setting is preferred.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to create a friendly environment for guests.
• Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and managing tabs effectively.
• Excellent time management skills to handle busy periods efficiently.
• Familiarity with food handling practices and health regulations is a plus.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends as required by the business needs.
• Experience with POS systems is advantageous; knowledge of retail math is helpful.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25 – 35 per week
