Position Title: Critical Care Registered Nurse (ICU)
Location: Syracuse, NY 13210
Job Type: 13-Week Contract
Shift: Days or Nights | 3×12s
Pay Range: $58–$68/hour ($2,088–$2,448/week)
Position Overview:
"Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking Critical Care Registered Nurse (ICU) for an exciting job in Syracuse, NY.
Responsibilities:
Deliver comprehensive, high-acuity patient care in an adult ICU setting with minimal supervision
Perform thorough assessments and implement appropriate interventions
Collaborate effectively with physicians and interdisciplinary care teams
Document care using EPIC Electronic Medical Records
Adhere to hospital protocols, compliance standards, and safety regulations
Maintain required credentials and participate in ongoing professional growth
Qualifications:
Active New York State RN License
Current BLS Certification (must be maintained throughout assignment)
Minimum 1.5 years of recent acute care ICU experience in a comparable hospital environment
Prior Level 1 or Level 2 trauma experience highly preferred
Strong proficiency with EPIC EMR is a plus
Excellent clinical judgment, teamwork, and communication skills
