Imagine this: As a CRO Manager (all genders) you will drive user experience and conversion improvements through structured experimentation, leveraging data-driven hypotheses to inform decisions and deliver measurable business impact in collaboration with product teams.
Your Tasks
- Identify & asses (micro) conversion rate optimization opportunities across the platform
- Formulate, prioritize, and validate testing hypotheses
- Design and execute A/B and multivariate tests
- Analyze test outcomes and translate findings into clear recommendations
- Provide operational guidance on testing methods to product teams
- Ensure seamless test setup, implementation, and follow-up
- Facilitate structured testing practices across teams
What you bring
- You have at least 3 years of professional experience in the field of Conversion rate optimization
- You have successfully completed a degree in computer science, business administration, mathematics, statistics or similar.
- You have a strong e-commerce background
- Your strengths include the ability to push ideas constructively and persistently
- You provide excellent data analysis skills
