Customer Service Representative

Customer Service Representative - (CSR) (Monday - Friday 7:00am - 4:00pm)

(Remote after training - must live within St. Louis, MO area)

NOTE: Training will be from 7:00am to 4:00pm onsite at the Madison, IL facility. Training duration will vary and may take several weeks. After training is complete, determined by the management team, this position is fully remote.

Job Responsibilities

• Direct customer contact via phone & e-mail
• Assisting with inquiries and problem resolution
• Promote/maintain positive service provider relationships
• Daily entering of data and compiling/completing time-sensitive reports
• Provide customer service at all times
• Performs clerical work as required including answering phone calls, operating various office machines and computers, etc.
• Other duties as assigned
  
  

Job Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 2+ years customer service experience in a business-to-business environment
• Clear, pleasant speaking voice and easy to understand
• Excellent problem solver
• Ability to handle customer complaint phone calls with empathy and genuine concern for customer needs
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint and capable of formatting worksheets
