Job Description
Customer Service Representative Position Summary: Provide good customer service, mainly to customers calling the Salt Lake Express. Customer Service Reps are required to provide information along with creating reservations for passengers. Good computer skills are necessary for proficiently fulfilling job requirements. There are multiple shifts available at all times of day. The position also requires employees to work every other weekend. This includes Saturday and Sunday.
We are currently hiring particularly for our overnight shift!
This is a 10pm-7am shift, currently for 27 hours a week with options to pick up additional hours.
Essential Job Functions:
- Answering the phone in a polite and professional manner, providing good customer service.
- Having knowledgeable computer skills, giving customers correct information and creating reservations efficiently.
- Having excellent communication skills, both oral and written, to effectively provide information to coworkers and customers.
- Responsible for a clean and neat appearance of working environment, both inside and out.
- Perform other duties assigned.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: From $13.00 per hour
